Wow a few days have gone by since my last post. The weather has turned cool but I am soo grateful we didn't get the snow that Alberta has received. We need some good weather to get the crops off this year.
I am grateful that this past weekend was warm, and I got my yard cleaned up, have to rake leaves once they fall, but at least the flower pots, furniture and lawn ornaments are put away for now.

Yesterday my neighbor called me and offered me some wonderful veggies from her garden. I don't grow a gardern (I know!!) so I was grateful to recieve a bag of carrots, tomatoes, corn on the cob, onions and potatoes. I live in such a wonderful community with wonderful neighbors. I can't tell you how often the neighborhood pulls together for one another. Such a blessing when you know you have that support around you.

Happiness

Happiness is a choice, choose to be grateful and happiness will follow. Just my thought for the day. How is Sept. 1st already??? Love fall it is my favorite time of year, but wasn't ready for it this year, summer went by way to fast, but I am grateful for the fun filled, busy summer that I experienced. Fall is in the air and that makes me grateful for the new season and happy for the fall days ahead. Enjoy your day!
